Q: How long does it take to upgrade my site with the basic package?
A: You go into a queue formed by paid clients, but literally, you can have a PIP on your website within a few days. It really depends on you. How soon you provide us with the materials, approve scripts, approve readings, etc...

Q: How do I choose a pip who will fit my business?
A: We can help! We've been in the advertising business over a hundred years, collectively. We will analyze for image, market sector and client demographics and make suggestions based on those facts. You will have the final approval.

Q: Your program isn't exactly what I had envisioned for my site. Can I customize my enhanced web features?
A: Of course. Our "basic" package is built for the small business which is just embracing the concept of web video enhancements, but we will build a program within your budget, that accomplishes everything you have set out to do.

Q: What about change to the PIP dialogue? Can I change my site on occasion just to freshen it up or to update it?
A: Yes! Our change policies are both flexible and affordable. The cost to update the basic PIP package is a flat fee of 75 dollars. Changes to customized package must be addressed on an individual basis.

Q: Do I have to change my web management arrangement?
A: No, but we can help you upgrade your management if you need it. We can add our web video enhancement products to your web site ourselves, or provide the products for your web manager. Once they are in place, they do not need tending.
